Days Inn Banquet Hall, Shrewsbury, MA

The project consist 25,000 SF expansion of existing Days inn building. The two level floor space was designed to be used for Conferences Hall, Banquet Hall and Restaurant. AKAL was responsible for designing a complete MEP system in BIM software Revit.  

290 W. Main St. Plaza, Northborough, MA

The project is a 34,000 S.F plaza at 290 west main street. AKAL designed HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system for the shell space and later designed MEP system for various tenants such as Koren Bar, Mikau Shushi Bar, Lala-Java etc.  

40 Federal Square Building, Worcester, MA

The project involve replacement of water source heat pump with new high efficient water source heat pumps in three story office building. AKAL also worked with the utility company to assist client for maximum rebates.



Royal Park Fitness Center, Attleboro, MA

Designed a complete HVAC system for the 4,000 sf fitness. AKAL design includes temperature and humidity control for the pool area and exercise room. The project was designed in Revit BIM software.
