AKAL provided engineering design and construction control services for the HVAC and Plumbing system. Project consisted of a complete conversion of existing Mill building into a 120 unit apartment complex. Each apartment was designed with its own dedicated furnace for heating with individual sub meters for individual tenant billing.

AKAL has provided a construction control services on HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trade in 50 unit apartment renovation project located at Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA.   Scope includes field directions, response to any construction-related questions, reviewing shop drawings and preparing as build documents.

AKAL designed the Plumbing and Electrical system for a kitchen upgrade at 140 units housing complex.

Hanna Residence, Framingham, MA

AKAL was responsible for designing the HVAC and Fire Protection System for this 6,000 s.f. luxury residential home in Framingham. The HVAC system consists of high velocity air cooling and radiant floor heating systems. The fire protection was designed in accordance with NFPA-13R standard.

Wellington St. Apt.WHA,Worcester, MA

AKAL upgraded the domestic hot water heating system for this multi-story apartment complex. The design scope consisted of new indirect instantaneous- type water heaters with a central water storage tank. The system was designed for future connection to the building Co-Generation system.

Simra Garden, Luxury Apartments, Hudson, MA

AKAL provided the design of the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system for the luxury residential living space and underground parking garage in two four-story buildings with 120 units and one new three-story building with 80 units.

The apartment is located at 42 Artic St. AKAL designed a HVAC and Plumbing system for 32 unit luxury four story apartment complex. The building  has underground parking garage for tenants.
